The situation
Sanctuary Wellness is two practitioners with their own books: Linda for massage, Glenda for facials, waxing and foot wellness. Their only web presence was the stock Vagaro storefront, which lists services but says nothing about the people or the rooms.
Booking already lives in Vagaro and needed to stay there, so the site's job was to sell the treatment and then hand over to the booking system without asking the visitor to search for the service a second time.
The identity and the printed pieces came first. The site is built to the same palette, type and mark, so the gift certificate in someone's hand and the page on their phone look like one business.
What was built
- 01
Identity and print
Leaf-crest mark and wordmark, a gold-and-parchment palette sampled into a brand kit, a gift certificate the spa sells by phone, and a trifold brochure carrying the massage menu and the loyalty reward.
- 02
A menu that books
All 34 treatments across seven categories, each with its price, length and description. Choosing one opens a booking window already on that exact service in Vagaro, rather than on the spa's front page.
- 03
The right person's number
Massage routes to Linda's line, skincare to Glenda's. The hero carries both, and every treatment and booking window shows the number of whoever actually does the work.
- 04
Kept in step with Vagaro
A sync script reads the live Vagaro menu, shows what changed and rewrites the site's menu to match, with a guard that refuses any update that would drop a quarter of the menu at once. New services go live with one command.
- 05
Reviews and a journal
89 verified reviews at a 5.0 average, pulled from Vagaro, plus three search-focused journal posts with article and FAQ schema whose price tables read from the live menu.
Where it landed
A visitor can go from the homepage to the exact treatment's booking screen in two clicks, without searching for it again in Vagaro.
Mark, print and site now share one palette and one voice, so the gift certificate, the brochure and the website read as the same spa.
The Pieces They Actually Hand Out.
The mark came first — a leaf crest over a spaced serif wordmark — and then the pieces the spa hands across the desk. The brand kit is built from the real files, not redrawn. Drag any piece to turn it over.

Lockup, palette and type on the front; logo system and usage on the reverse.

Sold by phone — the reverse carries the To/From and the number to call.

Outside and inside spreads: the massage menu, add-ons and the loyalty reward.

Thirty minutes. We’ll find where the work is leaking — unsold estimates, response time, or a database nobody has touched in three years — and what it would cost to fix. If it isn’t worth it yet, we’ll tell you that instead.
