What we collect

When you submit the discovery-call form we collect your name, company, email, phone number, trade and whatever you write in the message field. That is the whole list.

Like most websites we also collect basic analytics — pages viewed, rough location, referring site, device type. This is aggregate and is not used to identify you individually.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to prepare properly for the call so we are not asking questions you already answered in the form.

Analytics is used to work out which pages are useful and which are not. That is its only purpose.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We do not enrol you in an email sequence because you filled in a form. If you want to hear from us regularly you have to ask.

We do not use your business as a case study, in a testimonial, or in a pitch to someone else without asking you first.

Client data during an engagement

Delivering the work means we are given access to systems that hold your customers' personal information — CRMs, call records, review platforms and similar.

We access only what a specific piece of work requires, we do not export customer lists for any purpose other than the agreed work, and access is removed at the end of an engagement unless you ask us to keep it.

Accounts we create on your behalf are registered in your name from the outset, which means you control access to them, including ours.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after twelve months.

Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as we are required to for tax and contractual reasons, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it — there is no form and no wait time beyond the practical.
