A consult ends without a booking

The problems we see most. None of them are marketing problems in the way agencies usually mean it.
A patient comes in, asks questions, and leaves to think about it. Without a second touch, that consult quietly becomes a no.
A database nobody has touched in months or years sits in the practice management system, full of patients who were due back and never got called.
The front desk is busy with the person in the chair, the phone rings twice and goes to voicemail, and the caller tries the next practice down the road.
Map pack rankings put another practice above yours, and increasingly an AI assistant answers the patient's question before they ever reach your site.
A typical build
7 of twenty-three.
Drawn from the five pillars. The blueprint confirms it.
Teleos runs twenty-three services across four pillars — Get Found, Look Like the Obvious Choice, Win the Job, Keep Them Coming Back. The pillars don't change between a roofing crew and a dental practice. What changes is which of the twenty-three services actually matter and how they get built for a business that runs on recall and referrals rather than one-off jobs.
A consultant who knows the difference between how a roofer in Towson gets found and how a dental practice gets found is the same person scoping both. Most businesses need about three of the services to start — the discovery call decides which three, based on where the practice is actually losing patients.
The process opens with a discovery call, not a pitch — thirty minutes with the person who'd actually scope the plan, working through where the practice is losing patients now.
Scope, price and dates get locked before the practice commits to the build. Nothing shifts once execution starts.
Dr. Steven W. Haywood, DDS runs a holistic and cosmetic practice in Timonium. Teleos rebuilt flossem.com and runs its local search, Google Business Profile and content every week.
In September 2026, calls from the practice's Google Business Profile reached 26, up from 14 in August. Clicks from Google search rose from 99 to 131 over the same two months. Nine of the 16 searches we track for the practice sit in Google's top three, and it is named in 23 of the 40 AI answers we check each week when a patient asks who to see.
After the build, most practices move into Managed Growth, which shifts from the initial build to a month-to-month arrangement after ninety days. It covers local SEO, map pack rankings and AI search visibility; Local Services Ads and paid search management; social, email and SMS campaigns; and review generation and reputation monitoring.
New automations get added to the account as the practice changes, and the retainer includes a monthly numbers review with an actual person, not just an emailed report.
Practices running fewer than about twenty leads a month are told that on the call, rather than finding out after the invoice — the retainer only gets recommended where it will pay for itself.
A growing share of patients ask an AI assistant where to go before they ever open a search engine. AI search visibility sits inside the Get Found pillar alongside local SEO and map pack rankings, so a practice visible in the map pack and visible when an assistant gets asked isn't depending on one channel to bring patients in.
Teleos is based in Glen Arm, Maryland, and works with businesses across Greater Baltimore and central Maryland. Book a call and you're talking to the people who'd scope your plan, not a rep reading a script before handing you to someone else.
That's different from a national agency where the dental vertical is one tab among many and the account lands with someone who's never been to Glen Arm. Here it's one consultant running the same twenty-three services across both a roofer's pipeline and a dental practice's recall list.
If the practice is running fewer than about twenty leads a month, that gets said on the call, not discovered after signing a contract. A dental practice marketing agency willing to tell you not to buy yet is reason enough to make the call.

The blueprint locks scope, price and dates before you commit to the build. Everything after that is execution.

Thirty minutes. We find where the work is leaking — usually slow follow-up, enquiries nobody answered, or a dead database. If we can’t help, we say so on the call.

A fixed-scope plan: which pillars you need, what gets built, what gets managed, what it costs and when it lands. No surprises after this point.

Brand, site, photography, automations and integrations. You see it working before you sign off.

Documentation and a working session with your team, so everyday changes never wait on us.

Ongoing SEO, ads, social, email and reporting — or we hand you the keys and you run it in-house. Both are real options.
Get found, get hired, get paid. Fixed monthly prices, six-month terms rather than the usual twelve, and a live dashboard on every plan.

Thirty minutes. We’ll find where the work is leaking — unsold estimates, response time, or a database nobody has touched in three years — and what it would cost to fix. If it isn’t worth it yet, we’ll tell you that instead.
No sequence, no newsletter. One reply from the person who’d build it.
